
Vinyasa Yoga with Larissa – an active class that ends with restorative yoga poses. Will be challenging, but accessible for all levels. It will start slow, then build up to a creative flow to build strength, then come down again for a relaxing end. You will leave this class feeling strong and empowered.

Restorative/Yin Yoga with Larissa – a relaxing yoga class. All poses are done either lying down or seated. Props such as blankets and bolsters may be used for support. Poses are held for 1-5 minutes. This practice allows the body to shift into the parasympathetic nervous system to allow for increased immune system function as well as mental and physical relaxation.
